Job summary

The Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser in Leland/Wilmington, NC to present products at customer locations, service multiple accounts, and follow planograms with safe handling.

You will communicate with store management, rotate stock, set up displays, and work a demanding pace with early start times. Weekend work is required, and mileage is reimbursed for travel between stores.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Able to work reliably with little supervision.
• Company provided cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf.
• Moves products from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display.
• Organizes back room and manages pallets and shells.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up.
