Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Merchandiser - Large Store Trainee to build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and cold equipment. You will rotate products, maintain stock integrity, and ensure displays meet company standards.

Day-to-day duties include organizing breakage data, collaborating with sales and delivery teams, and delivering superior customer service while maintaining safety and brand guidelines in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain company fleet policy.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on shelves and cold equipment.
• Rotate products and maintain product integrity in accounts.
• Maintain neat backstock, clean coolers and racks.
• Collect breakage and out-of-date product data with accuracy.
• Provide feedback to leadership on competitive threats and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans.
• Establish positive relationships with customers and provide superior service.
