Job Overview:

Merchandiser Lead for Northern Greater Columbus

Hiring Immediately

Position Responsibilities:

• Cover multiple routes, ensuring excellent customer service for Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores within the assigned territory.
• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
• Coordinate delivery and merchandising schedules with Sales Representatives/Managers.
• Build effective relationships with store personnel to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
• Work on routes and provide sales and merchandising services as assigned.
• Work weekends and holidays as required.
• Follow the 4-week training schedule for new hires.
• Handle swing merchandising needs and train other merchandisers on best practices.
• Brief frontline employees on scheduling and meetings.
• Responsible for an area equivalent to 3 merchandising routes.

Total Rewards:

• Starting pay at $20.42 per hour, increasing to $21.50 after 6 months.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
