Job Overview:

Merchandiser Lead for Greater Katy, West Houston TX, and surrounding areas

Hiring Immediately

The Merchandiser Lead is responsible for covering multiple routes while maintaining exceptional customer service for Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores within an assigned territory.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• 6am until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Position Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
• Coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule with Sales Representatives/Managers.
• Build effective relationships with store personnel to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
• Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Follow the 4-week training schedule for new hires in the merchandising team.
• Handle the majority of swing merchandising needs.
• Train all merchandisers on best practices and support their growth.
• Brief frontline employees on scheduling and meetings.
• Manage an area equivalent to 3 normal merchandising routes.

Total Rewards

• Starting pay at $19.94/hour, increasing to $20.98/hour after 6 months.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience involving resolving issues, communication with store managers, and responding to customer requests.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle access.
