Job description

Compensation Pay Range:

$16.50 - $24.50 per hour. The actual rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses or premiums, which vary based on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Keep the front floor area stocked, clean, and organized; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; prepare sales materials; greet customers.
2. Serve as stock puller for the installer area in large volume stores if needed.
3. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
4. Essential Job Functions:
5. Greet customers, assist with locating merchandise, or direct them to a parts specialist for hard parts.
6. Check in, price, and restock merchandise.
7. Maintain display cleanliness and fullness daily.
8. Update displays and pricing as per guidelines.
9. Ensure sale signs are in place, stock sale flyers, and maintain sale merchandise.
10. Remove sale materials and restore original prices post-sale.
11. Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
12. Collaborate with the manager on store tasks and act as a security presence against shoplifting.
13. Participate in O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
14. Follow clock-in/out policies.
15. Coordinate with ISS to stage and deliver installer deliveries.
16. Serve as communication link between ISS, delivery team, and store management.
17. Plan efficient routes for delivery specialists and coordinate vehicle inspections and maintenance.
18. Maintain housekeeping in back room and installer areas.
19. Additional Role - HUB Store Order Puller:
20. Pull parts accurately from pick tickets for store deliveries, inspect for damage, and organize for delivery.
21. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, operate safely, and watch for unsafe practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good organizational skills and aptitude for handling number sequences.
• Preferred experience in stocking and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.
