Compensation Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.50

The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses, premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed, and may apply if criteria are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Keep the front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; complete sales preparation; greet customers; serve as stock puller in large installer volume stores.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet customers, assist with merchandise, or direct to a parts specialist for hard parts.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Maintain merchandise display, update pricing, and ensure sale signage is accurate.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Work with management to complete store tasks and act as security deterrent.
• Coordinate deliveries, ensure vehicle maintenance, and perform housekeeping duties.

Additional Duties

• Serve as HUB Store Order Puller, pulling parts quickly and accurately based on pick tickets, inspecting for damage, and preparing for delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• Required: Good organizational skills, aptitude for numbers.
• Desired: Stocking experience, ability to drive manual transmission, bilingual (Spanish preferred).
