O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a front‑of‑store associate to greet customers, locate merchandise, and support stock and display duties. Fluency in Spanish is encouraged and helpful for customer interactions.

Responsibilities include stocking, pricing, coordinating with installers and store leadership, and ensuring front-end displays remain clean, accurate, and compliant with planograms. Training on security and loss prevention is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish encouraged).
• Good aptitude for dealing with numbers and strong organizational skills.
• Previous stocking experience is desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent is acceptable for entry-level roles.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers on the sales floor and help locate merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; maintain display standards.
• Keep fronted, full, and clean merchandise on display; update planograms as required.
• Make and post display changes and ensure sale materials are current.
