Job Overview:

Location: Douglasville, Hiram, and the surrounding areas

Hiring Status: Immediately

Role Description: The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities include:

• Stocking and displaying products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• Reporting to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and covering routes as needed.
• Traveling among stores using personal vehicle; products will be delivered in advance.
• Using a company-issued phone to clock in/out and track mileage.

Shift and Schedule:

• Full-time
• Start at 6:30 am until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Sundays and Wednesdays off
• Weekends required (days off during the week)
• Flexibility for overtime

Candidate Profile: Self-motivated, customer service-oriented, able to work independently and interact with people, physically active (lifting, pushing, pulling), detail-oriented, and pride in work.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting at $19.55/hour

• Mileage reimbursement (average 140 miles/week)

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Push/pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Reliable vehicle
