Responsibilities include maintaining the front floor area by stocking, facing, and cleaning; stocking merchandise according to planograms or displays; preparing sales areas; greeting customers; and serving as a stock puller for installer areas in large stores.

Essential Job Functions

1. Greet customers on the sales floor and assist with locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if needed.
2. Check in, price, and display stock.
3. Maintain merchandise displays, ensuring they are fronted, full, and clean daily.
4. Implement display changes as per company guidelines and planograms.
5. Update all out-front prices and ensure sale signs and flyers are properly displayed.
6. Remove sale materials after sale ends and restore original pricing.
7. Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
8. Collaborate with management to complete store To-Do lists and weekly team tasks; act as a security deterrent on the sales floor.
9. Support O’Reilly ImageMaker responsibilities.
10. Follow company policies for clocking in/out.
11. Work with ISS to coordinate deliveries and staging for installers.
12. Serve as a communication liaison between ISS, delivery specialists, and store management.
13. Help determine the most efficient and safe routes for deliveries.
14. Coordinate and ensure completion of quarterly vehicle inspections and maintenance.
15. Perform housekeeping duties in backroom and installer areas.
16. Optional: Serve as HUB Store Order Puller—accurately pulling parts from pick tickets for delivery, inspecting boxes, and maintaining a clean work area.

Skills, Education, Knowledge, Experience, Abilities

Required:

• Good aptitude for number sequences and organizational skills.

Desired:

• Previous stocking experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
