Merchandiser for Greater Longview

Hiring Immediately

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

About The Role

• Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
• Use personal vehicle to travel among stores; products will be delivered in advance.
• A company-issued phone with an app will be provided for clocking in/out and mileage tracking.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• Start at 6:00 am until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Weekends required (days off during the week)
• Flexibility for overtime as needed

About You

Seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable working independently and interacting with people, staying active, and handling physical tasks like lifting and pushing cases of products. Attention to detail and pride in work are essential.

Total Rewards

• Starting pay at $17.24/hr, increasing to $18.14/hr after 6 months.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Push/pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
• Reliable vehicle access
