Job Details

Days/Hours of Work: Off Monday and Tuesday; Hours 6am-3pm.

Job Summary

Merchandisers stock Coca-Cola beverage products in retail accounts, ensuring shelves, displays, and coolers are filled, products are rotated for freshness, and inventory is managed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products on shelves and displays, ensuring full stock and proper signage.
• Build, change, or remove product displays following company standards.
• Manage backroom inventory, monitor stock levels, and report to store management.
• Evaluate damaged products, re-pack, and organize backroom materials.
• Communicate with store personnel and document account servicing via Teams app.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year of work experience required.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Experience with equipment like pallet jacks and lifts preferred; ability to obtain certification required.
• Basic computer skills and flexibility for work hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands

• Frequent walking, bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), pushing/pulling carts, and travel between locations.

Compensation

$18.50 per hour.
