Stocker Merchandiser Summer Seasonal (CHAMPAIGN (Primary))

Join the team at Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company as a Stocker Merchandiser Summer Seasonal in Champaign. This role involves stocking Coca-Cola beverage products in retail accounts, ensuring displays are filled, products are rotated for freshness, and maintaining store standards.

Details

• Duration: Seasonal, flexible between August and September
• Schedule: 5 days a week, including weekends; 7 am start time

Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish products on shelves, racks, displays, and coolers
• Build, change, or remove product displays, maintaining signage and cleaning
• Manage backroom inventory, organize materials, and monitor stock levels
• Evaluate and process damaged products, organize backroom materials, and complete paperwork
• Communicate with team and store personnel via Teams app, sharing updates and photos
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year of related work experience
• Must be 18+, legally eligible to work, and have a personal vehicle
• Valid Driver's License with current insurance and a clean driving record
• Experience with equipment like pallet jacks and lifts preferred; ability to obtain certification required
• Basic computer skills and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands

• Constant speaking and visual observation
• Frequent typing, mobility, bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), pushing/pulling, and driving

Compensation

$18.50 per hour
