H Mart in Carlstadt, New Jersey is seeking a Store Sales Supervisor to oversee weekly sales performance, advise on restocking and display strategies, and coordinate price changes for slow-moving items.

In this role you will supervise store operations, manage customer relationships between stores and HQ, participate in continuous improvement projects, and support store managers with operational analysis. Bilingual Korean/English and grocery experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of grocery retail operations.
• Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics preferred.
• 3+ years of grocery experience preferred.
• 3+ years as Merchandiser or Sales representative.
• Bilingual Korean and English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review weekly sale performance of stores.
• Suggest orders and restocking of missing/shortage items.
• Suggest markdowns, price changes, or clear-outs on slow-moving items.
• Suggest sale items and main display items to maximize sales of various categories.
• Promote new items suggested by the SCM team.
• Maintain store quality results by enforcing HQ standards.
• Rotate sale items by best-selling items to provide a fresh atmosphere.
• Liaise between store and HQ on ad hoc issues.
• Conduct store quality checks to fulfill customer needs.
• Support store managers with store analysis on operations and efficiency.
• Act as a communicator between stores and HQ by addressing customer issues.
• Conduct store analysis to better consult store managers on strengths and weaknesses.
• Review marketability of new items and provide feedback for SCM purchasing decisions.
• Review and provide feedback on special events and promotions.
• Conduct trend analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Support and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities But Not Limited To

Store Operation Supervision

• Maintain store quality results by enforcing HQ standards.
• Rotate sale items by best-selling items to provide a fresh atmosphere.
• Liaise between store and HQ on ad hoc issues.
• Conduct store quality checks to fulfill customer needs (better condition, more variety, reasonable price).
• Support store managers with store analysis on operations and efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management

• Act as a communicator between stores and HQ by addressing customer issues.
• Conduct store analysis to better consult store managers on the store's strengths and weaknesses.
• Review marketability of new items and provide feedback to improve SCM buyer's purchasing decisions.
• Review and provide feedback on special events and promotions.

Continuous Improvement Projects

• Conduct trend analysis and identify areas of improvement.
• Support and participate in assigned continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications / Skills

• Associate degree and above preferred
• General office work skill (Excel, Power point)
• Strong Understanding of grocery retail operations
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management and Logistics preferred
• Proven 3+ years of work experience in Grocery is preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or Sales representative
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

Salary Range: $695,50 - $88,900

• Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
