Adams Beverages of NC, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to join our sales-focused team in Pollocksville, NC. You will work with the sales department to execute merchandising standards, replenish shelves, and ensure proper display of products and pricing across assigned routes.

The role requires reliable transportation, ability to work nights and weekends, and strong communication with store managers and customers.

Qualifications

Part-Time Merchandiser

Merchandiser

A Merchandiser is a non-exempt position responsible for working with the sales department to execute merchandising standards. A merchandiser provides support to the assigned route, the salesperson and supervisor to increase visibility and drive sales for Adams Beverages. A merchandiser reports daily to Area Sales Manager.

Primary Objectives

• Sales Functions

• Pack Out Off-Premise Accounts
• Communication with Store Managers/Grocery Managers/Receivers
• Shelf Space and Cooler Management
• Maintain, Organize and Clean Back Stock Area
• Product Rotation using Product Freshness Codes
• Shelf Tag and Price Sign Awareness
• Ensure Plan-o-gram is being followed
• Report Out of Stocks
• Ensure Cardboard and Plastic Are Placed in Recycling Area
• Display Building
• Build, resupply and merchandise with relevant Point of Sale and Pricing
• Installing Point of Connection Materials (P.O.C.M)
• Delivering and installing promotional items that draw attention to our product
• Examples of P.O.C.M. include neon signs, banners, price signs and inflatable items
• Understand P.O.C.M. standards and execution
• Assist Salespeople and Sales Supervisors with large deliveries and display builds
• Breakage/Repackaging product

Merchandising Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving history

• Ability to work effectively with limited immediate direction
• Above average oral and written commun cation skills (Interacts well with internal and external customers)

Education and Experience
