PepsiCo Inc. in San Antonio is seeking a Route Sales Associate to stock shelves, retrieve products, and keep displays neat. You will drive your own vehicle to multiple store locations using mileage reimbursement and work with a team of Route Sales Representatives.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and a variable schedule with two days off per week. Training is provided, and you will use an iPhone to view schedules and log activities.

Quick Look

• Pay: $21.80 per hour

• Location: San Antonio, TX

• Work Days: Variable work schedule, 2 days off per week

• Start Time: 4:00 AM

• End Time: 12:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance

• Be able to frequently liftup to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Stock and merchandise beloved brands like Lay's and Doritos and keep shelves full, neat, and ready for the customers who depend on you.

What You'll Do

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations

• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store

• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives

• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)

• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity

• High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift
