Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route-focused team member in Wisconsin. You will travel to various store locations using your own vehicle, merchandise Lay’s and Doritos, and support a fast‑paced retail environment.

You’ll work with Route Sales Representatives, follow set start times, and may see changes in schedule over time. A company-issued iPhone helps you view schedules and log activity.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
