Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to stock and display beverages across Rio Grande/Roma, Texas areas. This role supports product availability and store merchandising on a Monday–Friday schedule, with a focus on accurate shelf placement and timely communication with customers and store personnel.

Qualified applicants will have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Job Location: Rio Grande/Roma, Texas Areas

Workdays/Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am until finish.

Additional Relevant Information: Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
