You will merchandise approved products, follow planograms, and communicate with store management and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality guidelines. Ideal candidates have strong communication, prior retail customer service experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Moves products from backroom to display and sets up POS materials where allowed.
• Maintains back room organization and stock with correct packaging and flavor variety.
• Builds business relationships with store personnel and communicates offerings and opportunities.
