Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, is hiring in the Phoenix area for a route merchandiser/driver. You will start early on weekdays, earn $18 per hour, and receive benefits from Day 1, plus a car data reimbursement and cell phone stipend.

Ideal candidates live in Phoenix metro areas and can travel up to 150 miles to stores and customer locations, with a proven ability to work independently and in teams while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent experience.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Frequent lifting of 5–25 lbs and up to 70 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel to convenience stores & customer locations across Phoenix and surrounding areas (up to a 150‑mile radius).
• Work in a team and independently with minimum supervision.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Must have reliable transportation to travel to convenience stores & customer locations across Phoenix and surrounding areas ( up to a 150-miled radius)
• Able to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision
• Strong oral & written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Resides in the following cities: Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Laveen, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Ahwatueke or Gilbert.
