Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser for Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. This role services multiple bulk accounts, merchandises products on shelves, and communicates with store managers to ensure proper planograms and displays.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, follow safety guidelines, and work weekends with two weekdays off. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and you’ll gain hands-on training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have valid in-state driver’s license.
• Excellent driving history and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on shelves per guidelines.
• Moves products from backroom to display areas.
• Prepares in-store displays and POS materials when allowed.
• Maintains back room organization and stock levels.
• Builds relationships with store personnel through routine follow-ups.
