Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores in Burlington, NC and surrounding areas. The position requires following planograms, communicating with store management, and maintaining an organized backroom.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively to satisfy diverse customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures and programs.
• Moves products from backroom to display for customers.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and maintains shelves; rotates products and checks vendor operations.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging products and returning pallets and damaged items.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-ups on requests and promotions.
