Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Merchandiser to work independently in retail stores, showcasing organization and time management while building retailer relationships. You will restock and optimize product placement, manage inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations across Hallmark departments in various stores.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device; communicate with your supervisor and complete required merchandising activities.
• Holiday support: seasonal demand with extended hours and possible weekend work around major holidays.
• Department Resets: install fixtures, relocate card departments and products, and reset sections with advance notice for remodels.
