Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, promoting Hallmark products and maintaining displays. You will restock and monitor inventory, support seasonal changes, and collaborate with store teams to ensure optimal product placement.

Position requires 18+ years old, English literacy, ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 occasionally, and use of a handheld device. Training is provided and benefits are available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the department; use a mobile device for reporting and surveys; interact professionally with store staff and customers.
• Holiday support: handle seasonal demand with extended hours and possible weekend work around holidays.
• Department resets: participate in installations and reconfigurations of fixture layouts and card sections.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers across territories.
