Job summary

RedBull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Part‑Time Merchandiser to service customers in large format off‑premise stores. You will maintain stock levels, rotate products, and support sales by strengthening partnerships with retailers.

Responsibilities include ensuring proper product rotation, keeping equipment clean, and collaborating with the sales team on programs and displays. Travel is 0–10% and 18+ to drive; valid US license and reliable vehicle required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid US driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle required for work.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure RedBull products are rotated and maintained according to rotation standards to minimize out-of-code and damaged product.
• Keep RedBull equipment clean and in good working order.
• Carry out merchandising processes and routines as directed by senior team members.
• Monitor competitor activities and report insights to Merchandising Manager.
• Build and protect the RedBull product portfolio and relationships with store managers.
• Notify appropriate Account Sales Manager for exchanges or stock issues and identify QPOD opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop new programs and place large displays.
• Represent the brand responsibly in market and align with company values.

Job description

Reporting to the Merchandiser Manager, the primary role of the Part-time Merchandiser (PTM) is to service our customers in a safe manner by ensuring level of stock is maintained and rotated correctly at large format "off premise" stores. You will support our sales by growing partnerships with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

• Ensure RedBull products are rotated and maintained following product rotation standards thereby minimizing Out of Code and Damaged Product concerns
• Ensure that RedBull equipment is clean and in good working order
• Accomplish RedBull merchandising processes and routines
• Evaluate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions and communicate with Merchandising Manager or other members of sales team
• Build and protect the RedBull product portfolio
• Notify appropriate Account Sales Manager for pick up or exchange of any dented, damaged, or out of code product, any out of stock items, and Quality Point of Distribution (QPOD) opportunities.
• Maintain professional relationships with retail managers of accounts
• Work with sales team members in building new programs and selling in large displays
• Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices
• Lead by example and follow Company standards & RedBull Values
• Represent our RedBull brand through responsible driving and in market presence

• A Valid US Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
• English; additional languages an advantage

• Permanent
