Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service customers at large format stores across the United States. You will help maintain stock levels and rotate products to keep shelves compliant with rotation standards.

You’ll support the sales team by building displays, monitoring promotions, and communicating stock needs to the Account Sales Manager. A valid US driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required.

Qualifications

  • Valid US Driver's License is required.
  • Reliable vehicle to use for work.
  • Must be able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
  • English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure RedBull products are rotated and stocked according to rotation standards.
  • Maintain RedBull equipment and displays in good working order.
  • Execute merchandising processes and routines.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and communicate findings to Merchandising Manager.
  • Build and protect the RedBull product portfolio and displays.
  • Notify managers of stock issues, damaged items, or POS opportunities.
  • Maintain professional relationships with account retail managers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop new programs and large displays.

Job description

Reporting to the Merchandiser Manager, the primary role of the Part-time Merchandiser (PTM) is to service our customers in a safe manner by ensuring level of stock is maintained and rotated correctly at large format "off premise" stores. You will support our sales by growing partnerships with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • Ensure RedBull products are rotated and maintained following product rotation standards thereby minimizing Out of Code and Damaged Product concerns
  • Ensure that RedBull equipment is clean and in good working order
  • Accomplish RedBull merchandising processes and routines
  • Evaluate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions and communicate with Merchandising Manager or other members of sales team
  • Build and protect the RedBull product portfolio
  • Notify appropriate Account Sales Manager for pick up or exchange of any dented, damaged, or out of code product, any out of stock items, and Quality Point of Distribution (QPOD) opportunities.
  • Maintain professional relationships with retail managers of accounts
  • Work with sales team members in building new programs and selling in large displays
  • Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices
  • Lead by example and follow Company standards & RedBull Values
  • Represent our RedBull brand through responsible driving and in market presence
  • A Valid US Driver’s License
  • Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Experience merchandising is a plus
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
  • English; additional languages an advantage
  • Travel 0-10%
