Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to fulfill merchandising needs, stock shelves, and build relationships with store personnel across Cambridge, MN and Blaine, MN. The role involves in-store visits, product ordering via iPad, and ensuring leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit are well represented.

Open weekend availability and early start times are required.

Qualifications

Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
Must be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
Physically able to perform repetitive lifting, bending and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasional pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in stores and work with sales reps to optimize product visibility.
Conduct in-store merchandising visits and capture photos of displays.
Order product via iPad to keep shelves in stock and displays ready.
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
Adhere to the merchandising schedule to maximize in-store efficiency.
Support seasonal displays and new product launches.
