Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Maple Grove, MN (and Buffalo, MN). You’ll stock shelves, build promotional displays, place orders via iPad, and ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit stay front and center.

Expect early start times and weekend availability, with mileage reimbursement and benefits. As a brand ambassador, you’ll follow store plans with managers, travel to multiple locations within the region, and keep products in stock

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Maple Grove, MN; Buffalo, MN is a secondary location.
• Open availability including at least one weekend day; start time 06:00 AM – 08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with sales reps to optimize product visibility.
• Conduct in-store visits according to merchandising steps and capture photos.
• Order product via iPad to maintain stock for shelves and displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and stocked according to guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to management.
• Adhere to daily merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal displays and support new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while in stores.
