Job summary

Mondelēz in-store merchandising position seeks a motivated merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure product visibility.

You will visit stores on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, use an iPad to order stock and capture display photos, and collaborate with sales reps to optimize in-store presence. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and reside within 25–35 miles of Macomb, MI.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting over 50 lbs.
Retail / grocery experience is a plus.
Live within 25-35 miles from Macomb, MI (primary location).
Schedule Tuesday-Saturday; start 06:00–08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

Fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication and relationship building.

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stocking store shelves and maintaining or changing out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays
Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Macomb, MI (Secondary locations: Utica, MI, Sterling Heights, MI, Rochester, MI)
Schedule availability required: Tuesday-Saturday
