Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a diligent merchandiser to support in-store execution in Hayward, WI. You will communicate with stores, stock shelves, and maintain promotional displays across multiple brand lines including Oreo, Ritz, BelVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

You will work with sales reps to optimize visibility, capture display photos, and ensure stock levels. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to nearby stores are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Retail, grocery or merchandising experience a plus
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to multiple store locations

Responsibilities

Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, shelf stocking, and display maintenance or changes
Represent Mondelēz and its Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other brands in stores
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order shelf and display products using an iPad tablet to maintain in-stock conditions
Implement Mondelēz’ merchandising guidelines
Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed
Communicate store issues to Mondelēz’ management team
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday
Availability for start times between 06:00 AM and 08:00 AM
Live within 25–35 miles of Hayward, WI
Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
