Job summary

Mondelēz in Riverview, FL is seeking a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to fulfill merchandising needs and build strong relationships with store personnel. You will stock shelves, maintain displays, and order Nabisco products via an iPad to ensure in-stock conditions.

Represent Mondelēz in front of store employees, collaborate with sales reps to improve visibility, and support seasonal displays and new product launches with a proactive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
Ability to drive own vehicle to various store locations; mileage reimbursed.
Ability to perform physical tasks including repetitive lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs.
Live within 25-35 miles range from Riverview, FL.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

Fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
Stock shelves and maintain or change displays.
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
Work with sales reps to optimize product visibility on shelves.
Order product via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions.
Ensure Nabisco brands are stocked and displayed per Mondelēz guidelines.
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
Enhance seasonal sales and introduced displays for new products.
Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building
stocking store shelves
maintaining or changing out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves
construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment

Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
