Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building at stores around Lithonia, GA. You will stock shelves, optimize product visibility, and build promotional displays while placing orders via iPad, representing Nabisco brands and adhering to Mondelēz guidelines.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 with a valid GA driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle to store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs; occasional over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles from Lithonia, GA.

Responsibilities

• Join the team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers fulfilling merchandising needs through communication & relationship building.
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives.
• Optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz's DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelēz's guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative's negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and can work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Lithonia, GA
