Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Merchandiser to visit grocery stores and beverage outlets across assigned routes, ensuring optimal stock levels, proper display, and product rotation. The role requires travel, use of pallet jacks, and documenting execution with photos.

You will work with company systems for routing and inventory control, maintain backstock areas, and support timely replenishment. A reliable vehicle and active license are needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Requires reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to stores and beverage outlets to ensure products are stocked, displayed, and rotated correctly.
• Move product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Perform merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas and support inventory freshness.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
