Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Lead Merchandiser to creatively showcase brands by building displays and managing product placement. The role requires driving to customer locations, strong customer service, and merchandising expertise in beer, wine or spirits. You’ll train others, lead routes, and work within a fun, family-oriented culture.

The position is full-time in Minnesota with physical duties and weekend availability. Competitive hourly compensation is provided along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift 45–65 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Reliable transportation to travel to customer locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Trains new employees on routes and merchandising standards.
• Assists with scheduling and addresses customer service concerns.
• Stocks and rotates shelves, builds displays and manages POS material.
• Builds strong rapport with key accounts and gathers feedback for sales teams.
• Gains product knowledge of beer, wine and spirits for customers.
• Leads other merchandisers and covers routes when needed.
