Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser to creatively showcase brands through displays, inventory management, and precise product placement at retail locations.

You will build strong relationships with store teams, execute resets, stock shelves, and promote beer, wine, and spirits while upholding safety and responsible service. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Merchandising in daily routines at new and existing accounts: stocking and rotating shelves.
• Build displays and manage POS materials.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Build rapport with key accounts and gather feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identify brand/category opportunities and expand shelf and cold box facings.
• Communicate stockouts or new item opportunities to the sales team.
• Learn beer, wine, and spirits knowledge for brands and customers.

Job Description Summary

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will creatively showcase our brands through building displays, managing inventory and product placement. Job Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: Stocking and rotating shelves
• Building displays POS material management
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.

• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product & conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply, prefer HS Diploma or equivalent
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment
• Able to work occasional weekends
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds
