Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations. The role services multiple accounts, follows planograms, and communicates with store management.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating products, and placing point-of-sale materials while maintaining the backroom and engaging with customers to support program opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills, including listening and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repetitively and perform physical tasks.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures.
• Moves product from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes POS materials where permitted; rotates and merchandises Fastlane merchandisers.
• Organizes back room, stacks and arranges product, and handles returns of damaged items.
• Maintains positive relationships with store personnel through follow-up and collaboration.
