Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or grocery merchandising.
• Familiar with in-store promotions and planogram execution.
• Able to operate Salesforce and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores as the face of its snack brands and biscuit aisle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and staff.
• Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure planogram compliance.
• Follow RTM schedules and priorities for efficient retail coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to the RTM and management.
• Safely lift and move products from stock to shelves.
