Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to staff shelves, execute displays, and keep our world-famous snacks in stock across assigned stores in Centerville, Xenia, Springboro and surrounding areas.

You will use Salesforce on an iPad for orders, set up promotional displays, and coordinate with store teams. The role requires physical activity, reliability, and a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Centerville, OH
• Secondary locations: Xenia, OH, Springboro, OH, Franklin, OH, Miamisburg, OH, Kettering, OH
• Schedule availability required: open availability weekdays-including 1 weekend day
• Start Time: 07:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant with physical activities of the role.
