Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Merchandiser in the Aurora, CO area to act as the face of iconic snack brands in local stores, ensuring stock and impactful displays.

You will perform daily store visits, build relationships with store personnel, place orders via iPad, and execute promotions while meeting RTM priorities.

This role emphasizes proactive service, data capture with DMI, and collaboration with the sales team to drive seasonal and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Aurora, Colorado
• Availability five days per week, including weekends and holidays
• Start by 06:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores as the face of iconic snack brands and owner of the biscuit aisle
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
• Order products via iPad to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with store plans
• Follow schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient retail coverage
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
• Safely lift, bend, carry, push, and pull products from stock rooms to store shelves
