Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Full Time Merchandiser in the Cincinnati West area, Harrison, OH, and Lawrenceburg, IN. You will present products to attract customers, service multiple accounts, and follow planograms with safe handling and quality guidelines. Expect to work Monday–Friday with early start times.

You will rotate stock, merchandise coolers and displays, and coordinate with store management to optimize opportunities. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products in shelves and coolers.
• Moves product between sales floor and back rooms and manages displays.
• Maintains back room organization and stock levels for efficient replenishment.
• Builds positive relationships with store personnel and communicates needs clearly.
