Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Merchandiser to present products and serve multiple bulk accounts across Goldsboro and Mount Olive, NC. You will follow planograms, merchandise displays, and communicate with store management and cross-functional teams.

The role involves routing between Goldsboro and Mt. Olive, with mileage reimbursement and a fast-paced environment requiring physical effort and reliability. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Retail/ customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Must be reliable with minimal daily supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf per procedures.
• Moves products from backroom to display and maintains shelves.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products.
• Organizes back room and coordinates returns, damaged, or dated stock.
• Builds relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and programs.
