Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a dedicated team member to assist in the donation goods processing and grading for resale across our retail stores. In a fast-paced environment, you will ensure quality control and support daily production goals while adhering to safety guidelines.

You will join a mission-driven organization that helps local job seekers develop skills, grow professionally, and gain meaningful work experiences through our 100+ locations and community programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be 18+ to operate a forklift as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals.
• Identify and solve problems quickly and seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management and teammates.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety and security practices.
• Attend trainings and meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
