Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Grader to inspect and grade donated goods to ensure quality for store and online sale. You will support daily production goals, work across areas, and uphold safety and customer experience standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift; 16–17 not allowed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily goals.
• Identify and solve problems; seek management when needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and teammates.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area.
• Adhere to safety and security practices and report hazards.
