We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Merchandiser to uphold our commitment to safety and customer service. The main responsibilities include assisting with sales, creating brand awareness, and maintaining deli product displays.

Employment Details

• Hourly wage: $19.00 - $23.00 based on experience
• Weekly payroll via Direct Deposit
• Potential for 5+ hours of overtime weekly
• Monthly car allowance and expenses reimbursement for select travel
• Gas card provided
• Company-issued cell phone

Key Responsibilities

• Operate deli slicer safely
• Set up deli cases and rotate products appropriately
• Understand and execute schematics/planograms
• Maintain marketing displays using Dietz & Watson POS
• Work independently or in a team, managing time effectively
• Complete reports and store surveys
• Visit stores within the territory, address concerns promptly
• Build customer relationships and market Dietz & Watson programs
• Train new store deli hires and update existing staff
• Communicate with Merchandiser Manager about store activities
• Utilize sales reports to achieve distribution goals
• Maintain displays and a clean work environment
• Perform special projects outside the territory as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 30%, including flying
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• Availability to work weekends occasionally
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years customer service/sales experience preferred; deli experience a plus
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and Real ID or Passport for travel
• Ability to pass ServSafe Manager exam

Physical and Environmental Conditions

• Stand, bend, twist, reach, and operate equipment
• Lift up to 20 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally, and push carts up to 100 lbs.
• Work in refrigerated areas and store environments
