Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support associate to rotate products from back stock to shelves and displays, review product codes, and remove any dented or out-of-code items.

The role requires driving, a valid license, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds while ensuring all displays meet brand standards. In this role you will communicate with Account Managers for exchanges or pickups and maintain friendly, professional relationships with customers while keeping POS

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US driver\'s license.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Merchandising experience is a plus.
• English required; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Rotate Red Bull products from back stock to shelf, display or cold vault locations.
• Review codes of all products when servicing customers.
• Pull dented, dirty, damaged, or out-of-code product from shelves, displays, or vaults.
• Ensure all products are placed in compliance with shelf schematics in stores.
• Keep cold equipment, racks and POS displays current, clean and presented well.
• Notify Account Manager for pickups/exchanges of damaged/out-of-code items and build professional relationships.

SALES SUPPORT

• Rotate Red Bull products from back stock to shelf, display or cold vault locations
• Review code dates of all product when servicing every customer
• Pull any dented, dirty, damaged, or out of code product from the shelf, display, or cold vault
• Ensure all Red Bull products are placed in compliance with shelf schematics in chain and independent stores
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other Point of Sale are current, clean, and presented in a premium manner

COMMUNICATION

• Notify appropriate Account Manager for pick up and / or exchange of any dented, damaged, or out of code product, as well as any out of stock items.
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with your customers

QUALIFICATIONS

• A valid US Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
• English; additional languages an advantage
