Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support associate to assist with in-store merchandising, stock rotation, and display execution. You will help ensure shelves and coolers are full, properly rotated, and compliant with planograms and brand standards.

The role involves collaboration with Account Sales Managers, maintaining display quality, and supporting inventory needs. A valid US driver's license and reliable vehicle are required; applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults, and in coolers with proper stock and rotation.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves and review dates.
• Pull and report dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure cold equipment and POS areas are clean and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain organized backstock to support stock levels and freshness.
• Support in-store execution and optimize displays to maximize visibility and sales.

SALES SUPPORT

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.

COMMUNICATION

May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.

Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

• A valid US Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
• English; additional languages an advantage
