Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support team member to handle merchandising and field execution. Responsibilities include rotating products, maintaining displays, ensuring equipment is clean, and collaborating with the sales team on in-store programs.

You will monitor competitors’ activities, report to the Merchandising Manager, and maintain professional relationships with retail partners to safeguard the brand presence. A valid US driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle for work purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English required; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate and maintain Red Bull products following rotation standards.
• Keep equipment clean and in good working order.
• Execute merchandising processes and routines.

• Build and protect the Red Bull product portfolio.
• Notify Account Sales Manager for dented, damaged, out of code items, stock or QPOD opportunities.
• Maintain professional relationships with retail managers of accounts.
• Collaborate with sales team to build new programs and large displays.
• Represent Red Bull brand through responsible driving and in-market presence.

Job description

SALES SUPPORT

• Ensure Red Bull products are rotated and maintained following product rotation standards thereby minimizing Out of Code and Damaged Product concerns
• Ensure that Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order

EXECUTION

• Accomplish Red Bull merchandising processes and routines
• Evaluate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions and communicate with Merchandising Manager or other members of sales team
• Build and protect the Red Bull product portfolio
• Notify appropriate Account Sales Manager for pick up or exchange of any dented, damaged, or out of code product, any out of stock items, and Quality Point of Distribution (QPOD) opportunities.
• Maintain professional relationships with retail managers of accounts

COLLABORATION

• Work with sales team members in building new programs and selling in large displays
• Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices

Qualifications

• A Valid US Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
• English; additional languages an advantage
