Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. in Canton, OH is seeking a Sales Support team member to move products from back stock to shelves, ensure proper date labeling, and maintain premium in-store presentation.

You will coordinate with store staff to keep stock current and compliant with shelf schematics. The role requires a valid US driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• At least 18 years old; English language required; merchandising experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate Red Bull products from back stock to shelf, display or cold vault locations.
• Review code dates of all product when servicing every customer.
• Pull dented, dirty, damaged, or out of code product from shelf, display, or cold vault.
• Ensure all products are placed in compliance with shelf schematics in stores.
• Ensure cold equipment, racks and POS are current, clean, and presented premium.
• Notify Account Manager for pickup/exchange of damaged or out of code items and out-of-stock items.
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers.

SALES SUPPORT

• Rotate Red Bull products from back stock to shelf, display or cold vault locations
• Review code dates of all product when servicing every customer
• Pull any dented, dirty, damaged, or out of code product from the shelf, display, or cold vault
• Ensure all Red Bull products are placed in compliance with shelf schematics in chain and independent stores
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other Point of Sale are current, clean, and presented in a premium manner

COMMUNICATION

• Notify appropriate Account Manager for pick up and / or exchange of any dented, damaged, or out of code product, as well as any out of stock items.
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with your customers

QUALIFICATIONS

• A valid US Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
• English; additional languages an advantage
