Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support team member to merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and coolers, ensuring full stock and proper rotation per planograms.

You will rotate stock from back stock to shelves, review dates, pull dented/damaged items, maintain cleanliness, and support in-store execution to maximize visibility and sales. Requirements include a valid US driver's license, reliable vehicle, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, age 18+, English

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock and proper rotation per planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

SALES SUPPORT

Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.

Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.

Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.

Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.

Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.

Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.

COMMUNICATION

May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.

Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

A Valid US Driver’s License

Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage

Must be at least 18 years of age

Experience merchandising is a plus

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary

English; additional languages an advantage
