Job description

The Full-Time Merchandiser (FTM) is responsible for ensuring that RedBull products are properly stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in both large and small format stores. The primary role of the Merchandiser is to effectively service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner.

Responsibilities

1. Rotate RedBull products from back stock to shelf, display, or cold vault locations.
2. Review code dates of all products during each customer service visit.
3. Remove dented, dirty, damaged, or out-of-code products from shelves, displays, or cold vaults.
4. Ensure all RedBull products are placed according to shelf schematics in chain and independent stores.
5. Maintain current, clean, and visually appealing cold equipment, racks, and Point of Sale materials.
6. Notify the appropriate Account Manager for the pickup or exchange of damaged, out-of-code, or out-of-stock items.
7. Establish and maintain friendly, professional relationships with customers.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid US Driver’s License.
• Reliable vehicle with at least minimum insurance coverage for work purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Merchandising experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
