Job summary

PepsiCo in Easton, PA is seeking a route merchandiser to stock and merchandise Lay's and Doritos, ensuring shelves are full and ready for customers. You will drive your personal vehicle (gas mileage reimbursed) to store locations, retrieve products, and merchandise shelves to keep them neat and ready for shoppers.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs., a valid driver’s license, and a rotating schedule with early start times (4:00 am).

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
